    NEIL O. ALBERT President of Joint Venture Partnerships & Business Development Neil O. Albert is a seasoned executive with a distinguished career spanning the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. A resident of Washington, DC, Neil has dedicated much of his career to improving the city's economy and quality of life for its residents.
