National Recognition of Programs That Are Making a Difference for All Underrepresented Groups in the Business Field
Washington, DC April 26, 2023—Today, ADC Management Solutions (ADC), Summer Youth Employment Program received the 2023 Inspiring Programs in Business Award from INSIGHT Into Diversity magazine, the largest and oldest diversity and inclusion publication in higher education. The Inspiring Programs in Business Award honors colleges and universities that encourage and assist students from underrepresented groups to enter the field of business. ADC will be featured, along with 21 other recipients, in the April 2023 issue of INSIGHT Into Diversity magazine.
INSIGHT Into Diversity selected Inspiring Programs in Business Award winners based on efforts to inspire and encourage a new generation of young people to consider careers in business through mentoring, teaching, research, and successful programs and initiatives.

INSIGHT Into Diversity magazine selected ADC Summer Youth Employment Program because of its exceptional dedication to empowering underrepresented youth and creating pathways for their success in the business field. The program offers a comprehensive and immersive experience, providing participants with valuable skills, mentorship, and hands-on opportunities to explore various aspects of the business world.
“We know that many business programs are not always recognized for their success, dedication, and mentorship for underrepresented students,” says Lenore Pearlstein, owner, and publisher of INSIGHT Into Diversity magazine. “We want to honor the schools and organizations that have created programs that inspire and encourage young people who may be in or are interested in a future business career. We honor these programs as role models to other higher education institutions and beyond.”
A call for nominations for this award was announced in November 2022.
